However, the right of withdrawal does not apply if you have ordered goods that were not prefabricated, whose production was based on your individual selection or specifications (e.g., ring size, material), or goods that are clearly tailored to your personal needs (e.g., engravings, custom designs). In this case, the item is no longer resalable or difficult to sell due to its customization.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
